Build for The Deep
I've just got my ele to the deep, and i used this build:
E/Me
Fire 16 (12+1+3)
Energy Storage 13 (12+1)
Incendiary Bounds/Inspired Enchantment
Fireball
Rodgort Invocarion
Meteor
Meteor Shower
Fire Attunement
Glyph of Renewall {E}
Archane Mimicry
(I've allready posted this on another thread, but out of ele forum.)
Since the Deep team build usually has 2 Eles, i'm counting on the other ele to bring Elemental Attunement {E}, and i mimicry it before battle starts, so i have dual attunements and renewall.
Well if the other ele is using Renewall too, mimicry it and drop 4 ms in 26 secs
Imo, rez signet is not a needed skill at the deep. 1 use only, and with a good party you shouldn't need it.. still i allways ask party if they want me to take it.
Another build i came up with, this one for E/Mo instant rez
Fire 15
ES 13
Healing - the rest
Fireball
Rodgort's Invocation
Meteor Shower
Renewall {E}
Fire attunement
Heal Party
Glyth of Essence
Rebirth
I know it has absolutely no energy management, but as i noticed last time, with bip/br it's not a vital thing.
Maybe change to earth and go full support?
Haven't thought much about this one. any ideas?

first build you posted is almost identical to mine except that in place of mimicry i run bed of coals. with a warrior wall in front of you, sliding that BoC under the monsters trapped in the meteor showers is a simple and safe task that provides a lovely screenful of numbers.

My Build:
Fireball
Rodgort's
Meteor Shower
Arcane Echo
Arcane Mimicry/meteor -> If someone else has glyph of renewal. At least one of the nukers needs meteor for a controlled kd on Kanaxai.
Fire Attunemnt
Elemental Attunement -> Important for the final battle vs Kanaxai when BiP is unavailable.

My build:
Fireball
Immolate
Rodgort's Invocation
Meteor Shower
Arcane Echo
Glyph of Energy {E}
Fire Attunement
Inspired Enchantment
This is my standart nuker build (except for the Inspired enchantment which is normally mantra of resolve). I just pack up Glyph of energy instead of ele attunement cause it fits well with it's 15s recharge allowing u to drop the second MS with no exhaustion and to always drop Rodgort's at the cost of 10 or less energy. I started using it in areas with lots of enchant removers and noow i'm a fan of it.

At the cost of 15 energy and with a 60 second recharge, is Archane Mimicry really helpful? Even if you get Ele Attunement, I still don't see much advantage. Capping a second Renewal might be nice, but it just seems like you would be too energy heavy dropping MS that often. Sure the BiP could help, but the exhaustion seems like it would really add up. As someone who has not used his ele in the deep, I don't know for sure if this short coming would really hold one back, but it just seems like it would from my pereption and general experience with my nuker in other situations. Could anyone else vouch for this strategy?

i just used my ele again last night, and i had no energy problems allmost all time
(the room where u can cast no enchantments and the room where u loose 10 energy every 30s are the only rooms i get really low on energy)
the trick is to cast mimicry and cast ele attunement only a few seconds later, 10-15, so the attunment lasts as long as the recharge.
the 15 energy mimicty costs, are allready regened by the time i cast attunement.
Second renewall is nice, but to avoid exaustion (u'r right, u get a lot) i use one of the renewalls on rodgorts..
anyway i sometimes drop mimicry for gale for a controled kd on kanaxai, or rez signet if ppl want me to bring it.. or any other skill actually..

try swapping it out for bed of coals sometime, its a much more important skill to bring. You wont be disappointed so long as your warrior wall is good.

Fireball
Rodgort's Invocation
Meteor Shower
Arcane Echo | Glyph of Concentration
Mark of Rodgort
Elemental Attunement
Fire Attunement
Inspired Enchantment | Arcane Mimicry | Ward vs Melee (18s)
Many times I found most mobs are dead after one MS due to teamwork, the concentration glyph helped more for the interrupt. I run one of the last three skills depending on what the team wants, rarely using Mimicry as inspired or the ward were taken the most. Mark of Rodgort is just way too much fun not to take lol, plus Kanaxai's health drop at the end with permanent burn works great.
